Shipping & Delivery Policy

At TK Gallery, we are committed to delivering our premium bags and clutches with the same level of luxury, care, and precision that goes into curating them. Please review our shipping policies below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

Order Processing

  • All orders are verified and processed within 24 hours of placement.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to verify your order details before dispatch.

Our 4 to 5-Day Delivery Promise

We value your time and excitement. Once dispatched, you can expect your premium parcel to arrive at your doorstep within 4 to 5 business days anywhere in Pakistan.

  • Deliveries are made between Monday and Saturday during regular business hours.

  • Important Note on Delays: While we strictly aim to meet our promised delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, political instability, nationwide strikes, or official government road closures may cause slight delays. In such events, rest assured that our team will actively track your package and make every possible effort to ensure it reaches your doorstep as swiftly as possible.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

To provide a secure and seamless purchasing experience, we offer Cash on Delivery across our entire collection. To ensure a smooth handover:

  • Please have the exact cash amount ready for the courier rider upon arrival.

  • The courier rider will typically call you on your provided phone number before attempting delivery.

  • Standard Courier Policy: Packages strictly cannot be opened prior to handing over the cash to the courier. (For any concerns after receiving and opening the parcel, please refer to our 24-Hour Return Policy).

Real-Time Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number on PARCELAPP.COM to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incomplete/incorrect address, or if the courier is unable to reach you after multiple phone call attempts, the package will be returned to us. Please ensure your shipping address, email, and active phone number are completely accurate at checkout to avoid any inconvenience.
